Oily Skin Issues
Oily skin leads to unhealthy skin issues. Skin becomes shiny and greasy. It also leads to clogged pores that form blackheads, zits, whiteheads and pimples. Many people with excess oil on the skin are more prone to acne breakouts.
You have to be careful when treating this type of skin. It is sensitive and harsh cleansers can irritate the skin further. When the skin is irritated more oil tends to be produced. Many chemical products that are suppose to treat oily skin actually strip the skin of too much oil, leaving skin dry and causing more problems. Instead oily skin needs to be treated with natural gentle cleansers. You should not wash the skin more than two times a day. Excessive cleansing can lead to more irritation.
Regular exfoliation can help with oily skin. Exfoliate with a gentle natural product once per week. Natural mud masks can also be helpful in treating oily skin. They reduce the amount of oil at least temporarily.
There are natural ingredients that can be helpful in treating oily skin. Some of the best are jojoba oil and zinc pca. Zinc pca in particular has been shown to reduce oil on the skin when used regularly. It is also capable of regulating the production of the sebum gland. Jojoba oil is completely natural and mimics the sebum of the skin. It is very close in makeup to our natural oils. When used on the skin jojoba oil can also help regulate the amount of oil produced.
